Khudcar provides a safe booking approach: bookings are placed online with no booking fee. Our agents confirm your booking at the lowest cost and as quickly as possible. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Wherever you are, our team takes care of you.

Everything you need to know before your first self-drive rental.

The minimum age for hiring a car is 18 years, and you should have a valid CNIC and driving licence. If you are on a tourist visa, you need a valid home-country licence, an international driving licence and a valid passport with a visa stamp.
One of the KHUDCAR partners closest to your location will deliver the car to you.
Collection and delivery charges are PKR 350 each.
We accept all credit and debit cards. Upload your card details on our secure platform and we will handle the rest.
We do not take any kind of security deposit.
We deliver all over Pakistan. Note: all cars are subject to availability.
Yes, all cars come with comprehensive insurance as per Pakistani law. In case of any accident or damage, a police report is mandatory by law. Costs over and above the insured amount are your responsibility.
Yes, KHUDCAR provides full insurance depending on the car category.
In the event of an accident, you must notify KHUDCAR immediately. Failure to submit a police report will make you liable for all costs incurred as a result of the accident and will void the insurance coverage. Punctures, tyre damage, wheel caps, aerials and windscreens are not covered by insurance, even with full insurance coverage.
Yes, there will be a surcharge.
Yes, there is a mileage limit depending on how many days you have rented the car. Kilometres allowed: daily — 200 km, weekly — 1,700 km, monthly — 4,000 km.
The included mileage is more than enough and is exceeded only in rare cases. If you drive extra kilometres, excess charges apply: hatchback — PKR 20 per km, sedan — PKR 30 per km.
The minimum length of a rental is 24 hours. This is a one-day rental.
We will provide you with a replacement key if the car is locked for any reason. The service charge for a replacement key is up to PKR 500. Lost-key charges depend on the manufacturer.
Customers pay for their own fuel. Each car is handed over with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Any difference is charged to the customer, plus PKR 500 service charges if the same amount is not returned.
The renter and the driver must hold a valid driving licence and a valid CNIC. The driver should upload a paid utility bill from the last 3 months, and a valid card if the payment mode is credit or debit card.
